OLD BUSINESS

1. Hearing on proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 30-2000 and revising the master plan to change office use to commercial use for property located on the east side of Berryhill Road, between EastChase Lane and Parkview Drive, in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2000-020 & MP-2019-001)   

2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning 19 acres on the west side of Halcyon Pointe Drive, approximately 800 feet south of Atlanta Highway, from an O-1 (Office) Zoning District to an R-65-m (Multi-family Residential) Zoning District, and from an R-65-m (Multi-family Residential) Zoning District to an O-1 (Office) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-219-009)

3. Ordinance amending Sections 25-181 and 25-211 of the Code of Ordinances and adopting Litter Regulations for the City of Montgomery.  (Sponsored by Councillor Larkin)

4. Ordinance authorizing Purchase and Sale Agreement and Sale of Real Estate located at 1120 South Holt Street.

5. Ordinance authorizing Purchase and Sale Agreement and Sale of Real Estate located at 1122 South Holt Street.

6. Ordinance authorizing Purchase/Sale Agreement and Sale of Real Estate at 924 Madison Avenue to 3TG5, LLC.

7. Resolution authorizing Reimbursement pursuant to US Treasury Regulation Section 1.150.2.
