You’ll learn the how, what, and why’s of training to become a highly qualified firefighter. Experience a normal day in the life of a firefighter in this 10-week, free program. This is a great opportunity for citizens to learn more through extensive classes.

Citizens' Police Academy

The Montgomery Police Department offers the chance to experience what it’s like to be a police officer. Through an 11-week, free program, citizens are provided hands-on training and basic law enforcement classes.

Learn how to responsibly maintain, manage, improve, and develop our parks and recreational areas all while having fun!

Therapeutic Recreation Center

Improve your fitness and wellness through a variety of classes. The benefits of pediatric and adult programs are endless! If you want to lose stubborn fat during weight training or learn basic soldering during jewelry making classes, there is something to do for everyone.

We’ll connect you to the Alabama Electronic Voter Registration Application website. Use this website to submit an application for voter registration or update your registration information. You can also find materials required for registering to vote.

Vendor Registration System

Visit our vendor registration system to register to get bids from the City of Montgomery. While registration with the City of Montgomery is free, optional bid subscriptions to agencies in Alabama and in all fifty states are available.
