There is a $50 fee for each official Zoning Verification Letter for properties located within the city limits and police jurisdiction of the City of Montgomery. After you have received the emailed version of your verification letter, you can make a card payment by calling 334-625-2722 . If you want to send a check, please send a check made payable to 
City of Montgomery and mail to:

 Please complete the online form below to request a Zoning Verification Letter. It may take up to 3 business days for a Zoning Verification Letter to be processed. If you have not received your letter after the 3rd day, call 334-625-2722 to check the status.

Please Note: Our letters are specifically for zoning. Due to possible infringement of copyright, we are unable to provide site plans. If you require building or fire code violations, click here to submit a public records request.
