OLD BUSINESS

1. Review of Southeast Pallet & Box Inc., 4530 Washington Ferry Road.

2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 30-2000 and revising Master Plan to allow townhouses and Single-Family Residential, whereas Office use was approved, for property that contains 21 acres located on the south side of EastChase Lane, approximately 400 feet east of Berryhill Road in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2000-020)

3. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning of one lot located at 6815 Mobile Highway from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to an M-3 (General Industrial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2020-021)

4. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 50.67 acres located on the east side of Taylor Road, approximately 1500 feet north of Troy Highway, from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) zoning District to an R-50 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2020-022)

5. Presentation of Written Report by Chris Conway regarding Rebuild Alabama as required by the Rebuild Alabama Act.

6. Resolution appointing Todd Strange to the Montgomery Airport Authority by Councillor Jinright replacing Larry Dixon.
