Applications & Procedures

Applications may be submitted by mail or email.  Mail completed applications to Land Use Division c/o Shaun Rose, P.O. Box 1111, Montgomery, AL  36101-1111 or email to srose@montgomeryal.gov.  Due to our legal notice requirements, the application deadline is 26 days before regularly scheduled meetings of the ARB.  Email submissions must be assembled in a complete packet that illustrates your project.  You may submit multiple documents (application plus supporting materials), but it is up to you to provide sufficient narrative and supporting material to illustrate your project clearly.  Photos should be labeled and placed in a document (Word or PDF), not sent individually.
