1. 30 Day Review of Infusion Lounge, 3905 Troy Highway.  (6)

2. Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 27.0 acres located on the north side of Highway 80 East, approximately 2000 feet west of Wares Ferry Road, from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to an M-1(Light Industrial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2024-004)

3. Application for a Towing Company by Earnest Edwards, d/b/a Edwards Hauling and Towing, (no physical location).  

4. Resolution requesting the solicitation of neighboring law enforcement agencies to assist with crime, drugs, illegal firearms and traffic violations.  (Sponsored by Councillor Beard and Councillor Grimes)

5. Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by 8 Eleven Bar and Grille LLC, d/b/a 8 Eleven Grille, 2950 East South Boulevard.  (6)

9. Ordinance authorizing Purchase and Sale Agreement and Sale of Real Estate for Economic Development at 924 Madison Avenue to Alabama Building Renovation Finance Authority.

10. Ordinance granting  a License Agreement to Construct, Operate and Maintain Various Site Improvements within the ROW Limits of Montgomery Street, North Goldthwaite Street, Clayton Street and State Street. 

11. Ordinance consenting to the disposal of certain real property by the Water works & Sanitary Sewer Board located between Wilbanks Street & Kershaw Street along Hayneville Road in the H&R Industrial Park to Loeb’s Lands, LLC.

12. Ordinance suspending Section 2 of Ordinance No. 51-2023 (Council Rules of Procedure), as amended, to change the time of the June 18, 2024 Work Session to 10 a.m. and Council Meeting to 11 a.m.  (Sponsored by Councillor Szymanski)

13. Resolution related to the City Board of the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts and the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts Association Board.

14. Resolution setting a Show Cause Hearing on June 18, 2024 on the proposed Revocation of the Business License of The Velvet Room LLC, d/b/a The Velvet Room, 3526 Eastdale Circle
