OLD BUSINESS
1. Resolution requiring majority vote of Council in order for Alabama Legislature to consider proposed changes to Act 618 or any standing laws, resolution, ordinance, or procedures germane to the COM. (Sponsored by Councillor Pruitt)
2. Review of Infusion Lounge, 3905 Troy Highway. (Sponsored by Councillor Mitchell)
3. Resolution approving Substantial Amendments to the Community Development Block Grant to reprogram allocations to be used for rehabilitation of homeless facility’s temporary housing units and gap financing for family affordable rental homes.
4. Resolution obligating ARPA funding to the Montgomery County Commission for the expansion of Emergency Services Transport and to enter into an Interlocal Agreement Governing the Expenditures.
5. Application for a Towing Company by Earnest Edwards, d/b/a Edwards Hauling and Towing, (no physical location).
6. Application for a Towing Company by Deitrey Moss d/b/a DSHC Towing, (no physical location).
