OLD BUSINESS

 

1.       Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land located at 905 North Decatur Street from an R-60-d (Duplex-Residential) Zoning District to an M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission  (RZ-2015-017)

2.      Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning property containing 17 acres located on the west side of Hunter Loop Road, approximately 2,000 feet north of Well Road, from an AGR-2 (General Agriculture) and FH (Flood Hazard) Zoning Districts to an M-3 (General Industrial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2015-016)

NEW BUSINESS

3.      Ordinance amending Chapter 6, Article VIII, Sections 6-361, 6-363, 6-376, 6-392, 6-412, 6-413 and repealing Section 6-380 of the Code of Ordinances and adopting New Ordinance for Transportation Network Companies.

4.      Resolution adopting the 2015 Montgomery County Hazard Mitigation Plan Update.

5.      Show Cause Hearing on the proposed finalization of the revocation of the business license of Racynta Pollard, d/b/a H and R Auto Sales, 2253 Congressman W. L. Dickinson Drive.

6.      Resolution finalizing the revocation of the business License of Racynta Pollard, d/b/a H and R Auto Sales, 2253 Congressman W. L. Dickinson Drive.

7.      Show Cause Hearing on the proposed finalization of the revocation of the business license of Terrance Watkins and Vernita Watkins, a/k/a Watkins Company LLC, d/b/a Smoothies and Things Café, 109 Court Street South.
