OLD BUSINESS
1. Ordinance rezoning one lot located on the southeast corner of Edgar D. Nixon Avenue and Mooreland Road from an R-65-m (Multi-Family Residential) Zoning District to a B-2 ((Commercial) Zoning District. Planning Commission’s motion for favorable recommendation failed to pass, therefore no action was taken. APPEALED. (RZ-2022-010) (7)
2. Review of Sherwood Apartments LTD, d/b/a Sherwood Apartments, 4921 Hatton Avenue. (4)
3. Resolution authorizing a Show Cause Hearing for July 19, 2022 at 5 p.m. on the proposed Revocation of the Business License of Sherwood Apartments LTD, d/b/a Sherwood Apartments, 4921 Hatton Avenue. (4) (Amend to change date of hearing if needed)

6. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning two lots located on the west side of North Eastern Boulevard, approximately 500 feet south of Lagoon Park Drive, from B3 (Commercial) and AGR-2 (General Agriculture) Zoning Districts to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District. 7. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located on the east side of Norman Bridge Road, approximately 4100 feet south of Hyundai Boulevard, from AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to an M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District. 8. Ordinance granting a License to construct, install, use, maintain, repair and replace a Gate Structure over a portion of ROW of Old Breckenridge Lane. (9)
9. Ordinance amending Chapter 16, Article XI Section 6-498 of the Code of Ordinances (Food Trucks)
10. Resolution approving and authorizing Mayor Reed to make application to HUD for $1,664,961 in CDBG Program Funds; $986,867 in HOME program funds; $146,682 in ESG Funds.
11. Resolution authorizing an agreement with ALDOT for Resurfacing, traffic signal improvements and sidewalk upgrades on Wares Ferry Road from Eastern Boulevard to the Froggy Bottom Bridge (Project # STPMN-5118(254); CPMS Ref#100068974).
