OLD BUSINESS

1. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located on the southeast corner of Edgar D. Nixon Avenue and Mooreland Road from an R-65-m (Multi-Family Residential) Zoning District to a B-2 ((Commercial) Zoning District.  Planning Commission’s motion for favorable recommendation failed to pass, therefore no action was taken.  APPEALED.  (RZ-2022-010) (7)

2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning two lots located on the south side of Williams Road, approximately 200 feet east of Mary Mabson Drive, from an R-50 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to an R-99-s (Mobile Home Subdivision) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2022-011) (2)

3. Review of Sherwood Apartments LTD, d/b/a Sherwood Apartments, 4921 Hatton Avenue. (4)

4. Review of Sunil Rambhai Patel, a/k/a Paragon Hotel Group LLC, d/b/a Sunrise Extended Stay, 5601 Carmichael Road. (9)

5. Resolution finalizing the revocation of the Business License of Cedric Sanders, d/b/a Can A Brotha Get a Slice, LLC, 1935 Mulberry Street. (7)

6. Application for Retail Beer & Retail Table Wine (On or Off Premises) Licenses by CEC Entertainment LLC, d/b/a Chuck E. Cheeses, 1116 Eastdale Mall. (1)

7. Ordinance providing for an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Birmingham & the City of Montgomery providing for equipment and services for the World Games July 7-17-2022.

8. Ordinance consenting to Disposal of certain real property by the Water Works and Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Montgomery to Hyundai Transys, Folmar Parkway. (4)

9. Resolution authorizing a Project Agreement and Related Documents for the Use and Grant of Public Funds and things of Value in aid of Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System, LLC and Certain Other Private Entities.  (To be carried over to July 19th for advertising requirements)  (Sponsored by Councillor Jinright)

10. Resolution authorizing a Show Cause Hearing for July 19, 2022 at 5 p.m. on the proposed Revocation of the Business License of Sherwood Apartments LTD, d/b/a Sherwood Apartments, 4921 Hatton Avenue. (4)
