Hearing on Proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 125 acres (+/-) located at the northernmost end of Valley Brook Lane from an R-65-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to an R-50 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-1981-028)
2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 52.695 acres located on the south side of Hyundai Boulevard, approximately 100 feet east of Mobile Highway, from an AGR-1 (Residential) Agriculture) Zoning District to an M-3 (General Industrial) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2022-009)
