OLD BUSINESS

1. Hearing on Proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 125 acres (+/-) located at the northernmost end of Valley Brook Lane from an R-65-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to an R-50 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-1981-028)

2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 52.695 acres located on the south side of Hyundai Boulevard, approximately 100 feet east of Mobile Highway, from an AGR-1 (Residential) Agriculture) Zoning District to an M-3 (General Industrial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2022-009) 

3. Resolution to allocate American Rescue Plan Act Funds under the Montgomery Thrive Initiative.  (Sponsored by Councillor Calhoun)

4. Resolution placing a 60 Day Moratorium on new applications for event and/or entertainment venues and currently licensed event and/or entertainment venues to close at 12 a.m.  (Sponsored by Councillor Mitchell)

5. Application for Retail Beer & Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) by Gas Express LLC, d/b/a Circle K 710, 10231Chantilly Parkway (PJ); Approved by Sheriff Cunningham; County Commissioner Singleton, Councillor Jinright and Police Chief Albert. (9)

NEW BUSINESS

6. Ordinance granting permission to WANRack, LLC the right to install, maintain and operate Transmission Cable in the rights-of-way of the City of Montgomery.

7. Ordinance directing Mayor Reed to execute Easement to Alabama Power Company for the purpose of constructing and maintain Power Lines & Equipment for Fire Station No. 16.

8. Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 26-2019 Regulating the Operations of Bike Share Providers within Montgomery to add two additional locations.

9. Review of Sherwood Apartments, 4921 Hatton Avenue.  (Sponsored by Councillor Graham)

10. Review of Sunrise Extended Stay, 5601 Carmichael Road. (Sponsored by Councillor Jinright)
