1. Review of Exotic Lounge of Montgomery, 21 Coliseum Boulevard. (2)

2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land located on the west side of Kenilworth Street, approximately 300 feet south of Major Street, from an R-50 (Single-Family Residential Zoning District to an R-99-s (Mobile Home Subdivision) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2022-007)  (4)

3. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land located on the west side of South Holt Street, approximately 200 feet north of Mill Street, from an R-60-d (Duplex Residential) Zoning District to a B-2-Q (Commercial-Qualified) Zoning District.  Application requested B-2 (Commercial); Planning Commission recommended B-2-Q (Commercial-Qualified restricted to:  No nightclubs, No lounges, No event centers or similar business types.  (RZ-2022-008 (7)

4. Ordinance amending Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances regarding Animal Control.

8. Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances: Chapter 1, Section 1-2 Definitions and Rules of Construction and Chapter 16, Section 16-105 License Tax Classifications to provide for events centers with and without liquor license.

9. Resolution adopting the East Alabama Regional Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan.

10. Resolution revoking the Business License for failure to pay Sales Tax and authorizing a Show Cause Hearing for Mary Anne Merritt, d/b/a Martin’s Restaurant, Inc., 1796 Carter Hill Road. (7)
