OLD BUSINESS

1.     Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located on the north side of West Second Street, approximately 300 feet east of Forest Avenue, from an O-1 (Office) Zoning District to a B-1-b (Central Business) Zoning District (1721 West Second Street)  Recommended by the Planning Commission (RZ-2022-002)  (3) 

2.     Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 2.12 acres located on the west side of Watson Circle, approximately 400 feet south of Atlanta Highway, from a B-3 (Commercial Zoning District to an R-100 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2022-003)  (1)

3.     Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 5.6 acres located on the east side of Mobile Highway, approximately 600 feet south of Coca Cola Road, from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to an M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2022-005)  (4)

4.     Ordinance amending Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances regarding Animal Control.

5.     Resolution authorizing Mayor Reed to execute an Agreement with ALDOT for resurfacing and sidewalk beautification along South Court Street from Fairview Avenue to South Boulevard (Project STPAA-7729(600); CPMS Ref#100054277). (4&7)

6.     Resolution appointing Voting Delegate and First Alternate Voting Delegate at the Alabama League of Municipalities Convention May 11-14, 2022.

7.     Show Cause Hearing on the proposed Revocation of the Business License of Puttapathi Reddy, d/b/a Aura Lounge, 5480 Atlanta Highway. (1)

8.     Resolution revoking the Business License of Puttapathi Reddy, d/b/a Aura Lounge, 5480 Atlanta Highway.

9.     Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by Mausa Foods LLC, d/b/a Krab Kingz Montgomery, 79 Commerce Street, Unit C. (3)
