1. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 1.53 acres located on the north side of Cong. W. L. Dickinson Drive adjacent to the CSX Railroad from an M-1-Q (Light Industrial-Qualified) Zoning District to a B-3 (Commercial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2003-029) (2)

2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 18 (+/-) acres located on the southwest corner of East South Boulevard and Woodley Road from a B-4 (Commercial) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2022-001) (6)

3. 30 Day Review of Exotic Lounge of Montgomery, LLC, d/b/a Exotic Lounge of Montgomery, 21 Coliseum Boulevard. (2)

4. Resolution authorizing Mayor Reed to execute an agreement with ALDOT for the Installation, Operation and Maintenance of the traffic signal at the US Highway 31 at New Amazon Road intersection.
