OLD BUSINESS
1. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 2.579 acres located on the north side of Alabama River Parkway, approx. 700 feet east of Lower Wetumpka Road, from an R-54-s (Single-Family) Residential) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2021-014)
2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning the north portion of a parcel located on the Upper Wetumpka Road, 250 feet west of Clifford Laws Drive, containing 0.66 acres, from an R-65-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2021-020)
3. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located on the south side of Buckingham Drive, approx.500 feet east of Norman Bridge Road, from an O-1 (Office) Zoning District to an R-75-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2021-021)
4. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel located at the southeast corner of Ann Street and Highland Avenue from an R-60-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2021-022)
5. Resolution approving the issuance of a Business License for a Rental Hall/Event Center for Vanessa Ivey, d/b/a Elevated Events, LLC, 3645 Debby Drive.

6. Ordinance reapportioning the Council Districts 1-9 boundaries for the City of Montgomery. (To be carried over for Work Session December 14, 2021 at 3:30 p.m.; and Public Hearing for December 21, 2021 at 5 p.m. (Sponsored by Councillor Jinright)
7. Ordinance authorizing the operation of a Medical Cannabis Dispensary within the Corporate Limits of the City of Montgomery. (Sponsored by Councillor Calhoun)
8. Ordinance granting a license to construct, install, and maintain existing steel stairs and canopy over a portion of Municipal ROW at 501 North Perry Street Project for Equal Justice Initiative.
9. Resolution consenting to the Transfer of Control of a Franchise from Troy Cablevision, Inc. to Telepak Networks, Inc., d/b/a C Spire.
10. Application for a Business License for an Event Center/Rental Hall by Aisha Day, Gaymeday LLC, d/b/a JUSCUS Event Venue, 3724 Eastern Boulevard.
