OLD BUSINESS
1. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning three parcels located on the north side of Selma Highway, approximately 125 feet east of Woodcrest Drive, and on the east side of Woodcrest Drive,, approximately 150 feet north of Selma Highway, from M-3 (General Industry) and R-100 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning Districts to a B-4 (Commercial) Zoning District. No Recommendation by the Planning, died for lack of motion. APPEALED (RZ-2021-011).
NEW BUSINESS
2. Ordinance Altering and Enlarging the Corporate Limits of City of Montgomery by including within the Boundaries of said City and Incorporating into Contiguous Council District Territory of Real Property known as Amazon.com Services LLC located south of Carter Lane and north of Hyundai Boulevard..
3. Ordinance consenting to Disposal of Certain Real Property by the Water Works & Sanitary Sewer Board located along Wasden Road and Folmar Parkway to Westco MGM, LLC.
4. Review of Apartment Complexes as follows:
• Ravenwood Apartments, 2230 Woodley Square, (Odin Properties)
• Serenity Apartments at the Park, 4900 Plaza Drive (Thomas Ventures LLC)

5. Resolution approving the issuance of a Business License for a Rental Hall/Event Center for Vanessa Ivey, d/b/a Elevated Events, LLC, 3645 Debby Drive.
6. Application for a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class I License by Torch Cigar Bar LLC, d/b/a Torch Cigar Bar, 1801 West Third Street.
7. Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by Jackson Brooks and Associates LLC, d/b/a Sour Grapes, 1240 Eastdale Mall.
8. Application for Retail Beer & Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) by Gas Express LLC, d/b/a Circle K, 621 North Eastern Boulevard.
9. Resolution appointing Nikesha Tilton to the Montgomery Clean City Commission by Councillor Johnson replacing Willie Douglas.
10. Resolution appointing Sheron Rose to the Parks & Recreation Board by Councillor Pruitt replacing James E. Vice, Jr.
11. Pursuant to Section 11-53-B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of unsafe structures at the following locations:
