3. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located at 3402 Doris Circle from an R-75-m (Multi-Family Residential) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District. Planning Commission recommended B-2, subject to installing a privacy fence between 3402 and 3412 Doris Circle. (RZ-2021-006)
