* Madison Avenue will close overnight on Friday, August 23rd from Jackson to Hall Street
* There will be hard close from Jackson Street to South Capitol Parkway at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 24th. Streets will reopen overnight.
* Hall Street will be closed from Madison Avenue to Madison Avenue on Saturday, August 24th.
