1. Hearing on proposed Ordinance adopting the Technical Codes of the City of Montgomery, (with deletions and amendments) i.e., International Building Code 2018, International Fuel Gas Code 2018, International Mechanical Code 2018, International Plumbing Code 2018, International Property Maintenance Code 2018, International Residential Code 2018, International Energy Conservation Code 2018, International Existing Building Code 2018, and International Swimming Pool and Spa Code 2018.

2. 7. Ordinance granting a license to Billingsley Place Home Owner’s Association to construct, install, and maintain a Gate at the entrance of Billlingsley Place.

8. Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 11-2020 to correct legal description.

9. Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 12-2020 and authorizing the issuance of a Taxable General Obligation Warrant of the COM.

10. Ordinance adopting the Envision Montgomery 2040 Comprehensive Plan for the City of Montgomery and the Three Mile Planning Jurisdiction.

11. Resolution adopting the Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan.

12. Resolution authorizing a Project Agreement and related documents for the Use and Grant of Public Funds and things of value in aid of Mountain Top USA, Inc. and certain other private entities.  TO BE CARRIED OVER FOR ACTION FOLLOWING ADVERTISING AND PUBLLIC HEARING AT JULY 21, 2020 COUNCIL MEETING.

13. Resolution authorizing the issuance of an Auto Recovery Service Business License to Angus Schaller, d/b/a Tri-State Recovery.

14. Resolution authorizing Mayor Reed to make application to HUD for $994,449 in CDBG Program – Coronavirus, $504,662 in Emergency Solutions Grant – Coronavirus Funding under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act.

15. Resolution authorizing amendments to City’s PY 2019 Action Plan and Mayor Reed to execute same.
