OLD BUSINESS
- Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning property located at the southeast corner of South Lawrence Street and Julia Street from B-2 (Commercial) and M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District to an M-1-Q (Light Industrial-Qualified; Restricted to a Crematorium and/or Funeral Home. Applicant requested M-1; Planning Commission recommended M-1-Q with restriction.No Appeal Received.(RZ-2020-011)
NEW BUSINESS
- Ordinance authorizing the Issuance & Making Provision for the payment of the $10,000,000 GO Taxable Revolving Credit Promissory Note, Series 2020.
- Ordinance repealing Chapter 6, Article V of the Code of Ordinance (Private Investigators).
- Resolution agreeing to all provisions of any agreement which has been or will be executed covering constructing or improving a section of Wares Ferry Road from the Eastern Boulevard to Froggy Bottom Bridge.
- Resolution authorizing reimbursement for equipment and vehicles pursuant to US Treasury Regulations.
- Resolution revoking the Business License for failure to pay Sales Tax and authorizing a Show Cause Hearing for Monique Williams, d/b/a The Cheesecake Empori-Yum, 1935 Mulberry Street.
- Resolution reappointing K. T. Brown to the Community Action Committee by Councillor Larkin.
