OLD BUSINESS
1. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land located at 3824 Williams Road from an R-50 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to an R-99-s (Mobile Home Subdivision) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission (RZ-2020-015)
2. Hearing on proposed ordinance rezoning property containing 0.98 acres located on the north side of Salary Road, approximately 2300 feet east of Old Wetumpka Highway, from an R-50 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to an R-99-2 (Mobile Home Subdivision) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2020-016)
3. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located at 1310 South Court Street from an O-1 (Office) Zoning District to a B-1-a (Central Business) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2020-018)
NEW BUSINESS
4. Ordinance authorizing the issuance of GO Refunding Warrants, Series 2020B, to Refund Both (a), in part, the Taxable GO Warrants, Series 2012-B and (b) GO Warrants, Series 2015, maturing February 1, 2021, issued by the COM.
5. Ordinance authorizing the issuance of (Federally Taxable) GO Refunding Warrants, Series 2020C, to refund in part, the Taxable GO Warrants, Series 2012-B issued by the COM.
6. Pursuant to Section 11-53-B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of unsafe structures at the following locations:
