1. Appeal of proposed demolition of 1027 North Decatur Street by Ms. Harris.  (Carried over 1-15-19)

2. Ordinance adopting Regulations regarding the Registration and Maintenance of Vacant Buildings and Enforcement Procedures and Penalties.  (Sponsored by Councillor Larkin)

NEW BUSINESS
3. Ordinance amending Sections 16-231 & 16-233 of the Code of Ordinances, Lodging Tax.

4. Resolution repealing Resolution 182-2017, thereby rescinding deannexation of Parcel Number 17-04-18-0-000-005.001 and said parcel to remain in Corporate Limits.

5. Resolution deannexing 4 parcels of land thereby decreasing the corporate limits.  (Gilder, Meriweather Parcels)

6. Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by TOP KJ LLC, d/b/a Yuka Roll, 2783 Eastern Boulevard.

7. Application for a Special Retail – More Than 30 Days Liquor License by Signature Event Center Inc., d/b/a Signature Event Center, 5050 Narrow Lane Road.

8. Application for a Special Retail – More Than 30 Days Liquor License by Aramark Educational Services LLC, d/b/a Wheeler Watkins Baseball Complex, 915 South Jackson Street.

9. Application for a Special Retail – More Than 30 Days Liquor License by Aramark Educational Services LLC, d/b/a ASU Student Center Ballroom. 1055 Tullibody Drive.
