2. Ordinance granting a license to construct, install, and maintain an enclosed walkway across an existing storm water easement for Freewill Missionary Baptist Church, Hill Street.
3. Ordinance granting a license to construct, install and maintain a monument sign in the right of way on North Union Street for Columbus Square LLC.
4. Appeal of demolition of 923 Hutchinson Street by Myron K. Bell.
5. Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of Code of Ordinances.
