  1. Ordinance amending Chapter 12 Environment, Sections 12-31 and 12-37 of the Code of Ordinances.  (Sponsored by Councillor Lyons) (Carried over 12-20-16, 01-03-17 and 02-007-17)

     

  2. Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of unsafe structure at 504 W. Patton Avenue (Parcel # 11 07 25 4 006 022.000).

     

  3. Ordinance amending Appendix C – Zoning, Article VI, Sections 8.4, 8.5 and 8.6 (Landscape Requirements).  Recommended by the Planning Commission.

     

  4. Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama authorization of demolition of an unsafe structure at 1520 French Street (Parcel # 10 03 06 4 011 004.000).
