OLD BUSINESS
 
1.     Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of an unsafe structure at 1167 Bragg Street.  Given a 90 day extension at 1-6-15 Council Meeting.  Structure has been razed by owner and no further action is required.
 
2.     Application for Retail Beer & Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) by ASL Enterprise Inc., d/b/a Varsity Convenience Store, 1218 Carter Hill Road.
 
3.     Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 4 acres located at 5435 Troy Highway from B-2 (Commercial) and AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning Districts to an M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2015-002)
 
NEW BUSINESS
    
4.     Ordinance granting a license to Pie R Square, LLC, d/b/a Mellow Mushroom to construct, install, and maintain a canopy and railing structure over a portion of the ROW of Commerce Street.
 
5.     Ordinance authorizing Purchase and Sale Agreement and Sale of Real Estate owned by City of Montgomery located at 1001 Edgar D. Nixon Avenue to St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church.
 
6.     Ordinance declaring a moratorium on new construction permits and business licenses for grocery stores over 20,000 square feet selling groceries inside the City Limits of the City of Montgomery.  (Sponsored by Councillor Pruitt)
 
7.     Resolution setting the dates for the Regular Municipal Elections and Qualification Dates.
 
8.     Resolution approving PY2015-2019 Consolidated Plan, PY 2015 Action Plan and application for $1,582,796 in CDBG funds; $659,130 in HOME funds; $144,660 in ESG fund, and authorize Mayor Strange to provide and execute all documents pertaining thereto.
 
9.     Resolution endorsing Liston Eddins, John L. Baker and Leu Hammons as nominees to the County Board of Equalization.
 
10.   Appeal of Architectural Review Board ruling by Michael Jenkins regarding chimney replacement at 1314/1316 South Hull Street.
 
11.   Resolution approving issuance of business license to Lacheryl Lacour, d/b/a 2 Sweet 2 Be 4 Gotten.
 
12.   Resolution denying and/or revoking right to operate a business for failure to purchase business license:  Emmett Hampton, d/b/a Law office of Emmett Hampton, 608 South McDonough Street.
