OLD BUSINESS

1.      Mayoral Veto of Resolution No. 155-2016, Resolution denying and/or revoking right to operate a business for failure to purchase Business License:  Jahee Bae, d/b/a Midori Restaurant, 5824 Woodmere Boulevard.  Reason:  Inspections complete & license issued.

2.      Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 4.33 acres located on the east side of Norman Bridge Road, the north side of Hobbie Road, and the west side of Snowdoun Chambers Road from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.  Recommended by Planning Commission.  (RZ-2016-010)

3.      Public Hearing on proposed Ordinance amending FY 2016 Operating and Debt Service Budget and adopting FY 2017 Operating and Debt Service Budget.
