- Ordinance altering and enlarging the Corporate Limits of the City of Montgomery by including within the Boundaries of the said City and Incorporating into contiguous Council District that real property described herein. (Howell Property, 128 Windomwood Road – District 8)
- Resolution directing Mayor to execute Easement to Alabama Power Company for the purpose of constructing and maintaining electricity lines for power to the Municipal Justice Center.
- Resolution denying and/or revoking right to operate a business for failure to purchase Business License: Jahee Bae, d/b/a Midori Restaurant, 5824 Woodmere Boulevard.
- Application for a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class I License by Roger Carter Darts and Vending Inc., d/b/a Papa T’s, 3420 Atlanta Highway.
- Application for a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class II (Package) License by Zhoura Inc., d/b/a Redzone Package Store 2, 5761 Woodmere Boulevard.
- Application for Retail Beer and Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) by Manjit Kaur LLC, d/b/a 31 Pacecar, 7120 Mobile Highway (PJ). Approved by County Commissioner Dean, Sherriff Cunningham, Councillor Burkette and MPD Chief Finley.
- Application for a Non-Profit Tax Exempt Liquor License by Montgomery Riverfront Development Foundation Inc., d/b/a Burger Bash, 483 Molton Street.
- Resolution designating Nuisance Abatement Agent.
- Resolution assessing the cost of abatement of unsafe structures on various lots.
- Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of Code of Ordinances.
