OLD BUSINESS

1.      Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning two lots located on the northeast corner of McGehee Road and Carter Hill Road (3001 McGehee Road & 3581 Carter Hill Road) from a B-4 (Commercial) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.  Recommended by Planning Commission.  (RZ-2016-005

2.      Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located at 1125 East South Boulevard from an O-1 (Office) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2016-007)

NEW BUSINESS

3.      Ordinance amending Sections 3, 8, and 13 of Ordinance 5-2013 which granted a franchise to Southern Light, LLC., its Successors or Assigns, to lay, maintain and operate a Fiber Optic Transmission Cable for the transmission of telephonic data and other electronic messages in, on, under and/or across public places or ways and prescribing conditions and limitations.

4.      Resolution assenting to the Vacation of a portion of North Bainbridge Street right-of-way.

5.      Application for Retail Beer and Retail Table Wine (On or Off Premises) Licenses by Patrick D. Bye, d/b/a Bye Bye Place, 1114 Adams Avenue

6.      Application for Retail Beer and Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) Licenses by Shabid Myrsa Inc., d/b/a Pure, 9 West South Boulevard.

7.      Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by Fu Mei LLC, d/b/a Mings Garden, 1741 Eastern Boulevard.

8.      Application for a Restaurant  Retail Liquor License by Downtown Brew LLC, d/b/a Railyard Brewing Company, 12 West Jefferson Street.

9.      Application for a Non-Profit Tax Exempt Liquor License by Reverend Dr. A. W. Watkins Scholarship Fund Inc., d/b/a Reverend Dr. A. W. Watkins Scholarship Fund, 300 Water Street (Downtown Train Shed).

10.  Application for a Special Events Retail Liquor License by 6854 Eastchase LLC, d/b/a Blackfinn AmeriPub Parking Lot Event, 6854 Eastchase Parkway.

11.  Application for a Special Events Retail Liquor License by Kalomi, LLC, d/b/a Poosa Jam Windcreek Casino Event, 1801 Eddie Tullis Drive.

12.  Resolution appointing Jeff Feet to the Montgomery Clean City Commission by Councillor Pruitt replacing Dawn Stephens.

13.  Resolution reappointing Melissa Tubbs to the Public Art Commission.

14.  Resolution appointing Shae Seals to the Public Art Commission replacing Foster Ware, III.

15.  Resolution assessing the cost of abatement of unsafe structures on various lots pursuant to Section 11-53B-1, et Seq., Code of Alabama.

16.  Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of Code of Ordinances.
