OLD BUSINESS
1. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 1.7 acres (+/-) located on the north side of Old Selma Road, approximately 500 feet west of Hamilton Circle (aka 3620 Old Selma Road), from an M-3 (General Industry) Zoning District to an R-99-s (Mobile Home Subdivision) zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2024-012) (4)
2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning property on the south side of Atlanta Highway, between Dunn Drive and Bradley Drive (aka 2810 Atlanta Highway), from an O-1 (Office) Zoning District to a B-2-Q (Office-Qualified) Zoning District; Restricted to Daycare Only. (RZ-2024-013) (1)
3. Hearing on Master Plan approval and to rezoned property containing 113.525 acres (+/-) located on the north side of Atlanta Highway, approximately 150 feet west of Seminole Drive, from R-100 (Single-Family Residential) and AGR-2 (General Agriculture) Zoning Districts to a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District. 5. Review of Soul Food Kitchen/Selvin’s Soul Food Sports Café, 1266 Eastdale Mall. (1) In Compliance – WITHDRAWN.
6. Application for Towing Company by Deanthony Rose, d/b/a D&D Towing and Recovery, 562 Oliver Road.
7. Hearing on proposed Ordinance amending FY 2024 Operating and Debt Service Budget and adopting FY 2025 Operating and Debt Service Budget.

9. Ordinance amending the COM Organizational Chart to add Housing Department.
