Morgan Clausell grew up in the small town of Uriah, Al which is just south of Montgomery. In 2014, she went on to attend Huntingdon College to pursue her dream of becoming a physical therapist all while serving in several organizations such as a Huntingdon Ambassador and a four-year majorette in the band. Morgan graduated from Huntingdon College in 2018, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science with honors. In 2020, Morgan was accepted into the physical therapy program at Alabama State University and graduated with her Doctorate in August of 2023. During her time at Alabama State, Morgan and her research team presented a year-long research project at the Physical Therapy Combined Sections Meeting in San Diego, California on Cultural Competence in Physical Therapy, which she and her research team received the distinguished honor of receiving a blue ribbon for Social Responsibility in the profession. Morgan will begin her career as a physical therapist in the River Region serving in an outpatient setting treating various conditions such as low back pain, post-operative conditions, and vestibular cases.  

Morgan spends most of her free time hanging with friends, visiting family, and traveling. She loves providing young adults with the necessary tools, guidance, and resources that can help them become successful and a proud member of Junior League of Montgomery. Morgan has a servant’s heart and is excited to serve on the Mayor’s Young Professional Council and looks forward to making a difference in the city of Montgomery and the lives that dwell here.
