Kneosha McGlon, a Dothan native, holds bachelor's and master's degrees in social work from Troy University. As a master-level social worker and member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, she resides in Montgomery, Alabama.  

Kneosha directs programs at Mary Ellen’s Hearth - Embrace AL Kids transitional women’s shelter and a success coach at Trenholm State Community College. Recognized for leadership, she joined Leadership Montgomery - Torchbearers Class of 15 in 2023 and serves on Mayor Steven Reed's Mayor Young Professional Council.  She contributed to State Representative Jeremy Gray's 2023-2024 political campaign. With a passion for social justice, Kneosha brings expertise and dedication to every endeavor, making a difference in her community.
