The Long Range Planning Division (LRP) works to collect data and solicit citizen input to identify community issues to be incorporated into planning Montgomery’s future.

LRP has been working with neighbors and stakeholders in planning areas to study the area in depth and develop a plan to update the existing Comprehensive Plan. LRP also works with Planning Controls Division in zoning change requests and development plans to insure proposed changes meet requirements of long range plans that have been adopted.
