1. Ordinance rezoning four lots located on the south side of Carter Hill Road, between West Haven Lane and Sanford Street, from an O-1 (Office) Zoning District to an R-60-m (Multi-Family Residential) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2018-022) (7)
2. Resolution finalizing the revocation of the Business License of Camille Harris, d/b/a Steakout #1008, 2930 Carter Hill Road. (5)
3. Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by Spartakus LLC, d/b/a La Pachanga, 127 Eastern Boulevard. (1)
