Mayor Steven Reed, the City of Montgomery, and the Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs are proud to host the 2024 Montgomery Veterans Day Celebration: Veterans in Focus, a series of events to honor and celebrate the brave men and women who have served our nation.

We invite the entire community to join us in expressing our deepest gratitude to the men and women who have served our country.

November 11th Event Schedule:

Veterans Day Parade: Dexter Avenue (9 AM - 11 AM)
Marching bands, military units, veteran organizations, and more will showcase their patriotism and support for our veterans.

Resource Fair: Riverwalk Stadium (11 AM - 1 PM)
Connect with organizations offering valuable resources and support services tailored to veterans' needs.

Ceremony: Riverwalk Stadium (12 PM - 1 PM)
A solemn ceremony to express our gratitude and pay tribute to the sacrifices of our veterans.
