OLD BUSINESS

 

1.      Ordinance levying Storm Water Fees on parcels of property located within the Corporate Limits

2.      Application for a Transportation Network Company by Rasier, LLC, San Francisco, CA.

NEW BUSINESS

 

3.      Ordinance altering and enlarging the Corporate Limits of the City of Montgomery by including within the boundaries of the said city and incorporating into contiguous Council District that territory of real property as described (Westry Property).

4.      Ordinance authorizing Purchase and Sale Agreement and sale of real estate owned by City of Montgomery to House to House Community Development, Inc., located at 3405 Pierson Avenue.

5.      Ordinance amending Ord. No. 62-2014, City of Montgomery Organizational Chart.

6.      Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by PAPAROCS LLC, d/b/a Papa Rocs Italian Grill, 7780 Atlanta Highway.

7.      Application for Retail Beer & Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) Licenses by LAKSHMI Montgomery Inc., d/b/a Entec 103, 1024 Ann Street.

8.      Application for Retail Beer & Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) Licenses by MUSKAN 2631 LLC, d/b/a Citgo 14, 1192 Western Boulevard.

9.      Resolution reappointing B. Roy Guthrie to the Montgomery Clean City Commission by Councillor Bollinger.

10.  Resolution reappointing Lenore Vickrey to the Montgomery Clean City Commission by Councillor Bollinger.

11.  Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of Code of Ordinances.
