1. Ordinance rezoning one lot located at the northeast corner of Woodley Road and Woodley Park Drive (2601-2611 Woodley Park Drive) from an O-1 (Office) Zoning District to a B-2-Q (Commercial-Qualified) Zoning District, restricted to a Beauty Shop, Barber Shop, and Beauty Related Services. Applicant requested B-2; Planning Commission recommended B-2-Q, restricted to Beauty Shop, Barber Shop, and Beauty Related Services. No appeal received. (RZ-1988-004) (6)
2. Ordinance amending the FY 2023 Operating & Debt Service Budget and adopting the FY 2024 Operating & Debt Service Budget.

7. Ordinance rezoning of a parcel of land containing 6.16 acres located on the southeast corner of Taylor Road and Halcyon Park Drive from an O-1 (Office) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.
