April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. In an effort to raise awareness about personal safety, One Place Family Justice Center will be having a “Take Back the Fight” Self Defense classes fundraiser on Saturday, April 22, 2023, from 10 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 3 pm at NXG Combat Sports (Martial Arts School), 4315 Atlanta Hwy, Montgomery, AL 36109. The Self-Defense classes will be led by certified martial arts instructors; each class will give a verbal presentation on safety and teach physical self-defense basics. The Self Defense classes are open for ages 12 and up. Registration is $25 per person. Use the QR code on the attached flyer to register for a class.
