2. 425 South Highland Court, built c. 1894-1925 in Queen Anne/Folk Victorian style
3. 642 Felder Avenue, built 1920 in Neoclassical/Classical Revival style
4. 1067 Magnolia Curve, built 1939 in Colonial Revival style
5. 3010 Cloverdale Road, built 1925 in Colonial Revival style
Discussion about a new request for historic designation
The South Hull District Association sent a letter requesting that we begin the process of investigating historic designation for the neighborhood. Shaun and Warren will advise the HPC of their plan to conduct a survey, attend neighborhood meetings, and hold public hearings as we move forward with our investigation.
The next scheduled meeting of the Historic Preservation Commission is Tuesday, January 9, 2024
