1. Resolution to allocate American Rescue Plan Act Funds under the Montgomery Thrive Initiative. (Sponsored by Councillor Calhoun)
2. Appeal of demolition cost of an unsafe structure at 4062 Oak Street by Bob Fine.

3. Ordinance granting permission to AT&T Corp. to lay, maintain and operate transmission cable in the City’s ROW.
4. Resolution agreeing to provide funding to Employees’ Retirement System to cover cost of one-time lump sum payment of $2.00 for each month of service credited to the employee’s account or a beneficiary of a deceased retiree for those eligible Pensioners and beneficiaries of deceased Pensioners of the City of Montgomery.
5.
