3. Ordinance granting permission to AT&T Corp. to lay, maintain and operate transmission cable in the City’s ROW.

Resolution agreeing to provide funding to Employees’ Retirement System to cover cost of one-time lump sum payment of $2.00 for each month of service credited to the employee’s account or a beneficiary of a deceased retiree for those eligible Pensioners and beneficiaries of deceased Pensioners of the City of Montgomery.
