In December 2021, Mayor Steven L. Reed launched the Office of Violence Prevention (OVP) to interrupt and target the root causes of violence in our community. 

Montgomery residents are invited to join OVP Director Keith Moore for an introductory Community Round Table at the Sheridan Heights Community Center on February 22nd at 5pm. 

Be prepared to discuss the current state of your community, the effect of violence on your community and potential solutions to the issue of gun violence in our city. The roundtable is also available on Zoom Video Conferencing. CDC Safety guidelines will be enforced.
