Technical Memorandum
MONTGOMERY COUNTY
The City of Montgomery as part of its Stormwater Management Program and as required in its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit Number ALS000004 issued by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM); has developed a technical memorandum updating Post-Construction Stormwater Management requirements for qualifying new development and redevelopment.
A meeting presenting the updated Post-Construction Stormwater Management requirements and to discuss any comments received prior to the meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 10:00 am in the Planning Department Conference Room, Third Floor, 25 Washington Avenue, Montgomery Alabama 36104.
Copies of the Post-Construction Stormwater Management requirements are available at Post-Construction Stormwater Management Requirements or at the City Engineering Office.
Public comments will be received on these requirements from now until August the 25th at 5:00 PM at the City Engineering Office, by email at SWMP-Comment@montgomeryal.gov or by mail at the below address.
