OLD BUSINESS

1. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located at 450 Ann Street from an O-1 (Office) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2021-015)

2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 0.96 acres more or less, approximately 150 feet east of Wetumpka Highway and approximately 750 feet north of Motley Drive, from an AGR-2 (General Agriculture) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2021-017)

3. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located at 2 Dunn Drive from an R-60-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2021-018)

4. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning two parcels of land containing 39 acres, more or less, located on the south side of Burnsdale Drive, approximately 400 feet west of Mobile Highway, from M-1 (Light Industrial) and R-75-m (Multi-Family Residential) Zoning Districts to an M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2021-019)

5. Resolution adopting the 2022-2025 Montgomery Fire/Rescue Strategic Plan and acknowledging the 2021 Montgomery Fire/Rescue Community Risk Assessment & Standards of Cover.

6. Application for Retail Beer & Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) by Twain Curve Inc., d/b/a Twain Curve, 441 Twain Curve.

NEW BUSINESS

7. Ordinance authorizing Purchase & Sale Agreement & Sale of Real Estate located at 501 Elm Street to Dy’Qwan Lee.

8. Ordinance authorizing Purchase & Sale Agreement & Sale of Real Estate located at 1604 Rosa L. Parks Avenue to Stanley Talley.

9. Ordinance authorizing Purchase & Sale Agreement & Sale of Real Estate located at 318 Auburn Street to Alandria Bel-McCall.

10. Resolution authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with ALDOT for resurfacing and planning of Westport Boulevard from SR-8 (US80) to the end of Westport Boulevard to benefit Coca-Cola Bottling Co., UNITED, Inc.(Project # 1AR-051-001-017; CPMS Ref # 100073799).

11. Resolution authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with ALDOT for Additional turn lanes and traffic signal on Maxwell Boulevard to benefit Project Catalyst (Project # 1AR-051-000-016; CPMS Ref# 100073800).

12. Resolution adopting the East Alabama Regional (Division D Phase 2) Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan.

13. Resolution approving the issuance of a Business License to Gregory Thomas, d/b/a Quality Without Question, 2326 West Fairview Avenue.

14. Resolution approving the issuance of a Business License for a rental hall/event center to Breaunna Davis, d/b/a Delectable Outdoor Party & Event Entertainment LLC, 13 West Clover Lane.

15. Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by Jackson Brooks and Associates LLC, d/b/a Sour Grapes, 1240 Eastdale Mall.

16. Resolution reappointing George Chapman to the Water & Sewer Board by Councillor Grimes.

17. Resolution reappointing Ray Roton to the Water & Sewer Board by Councillor McInnis.

18. Resolution reappointing Willie Durham to the Housing Authority by Councillor Pruitt.

19. Resolution reappointing J. Scott Harris to the Water & Sewer Board by Councillor Pruitt.

20. Resolution reappointing Susan Price to the Museum Board by Councillor Jinright.

21. Appeal of demolition of 1517 West Street by Keith & Bridgette Ausborn.

22. Appeal of demolition of 4062 Oak Street by Bob Fine.

23. Pursuant to Section 11-53-B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of unsafe structures at the following locations:

• 217 East Park Ave – Parcel # 04 09 32 1 004 044.000

24. Resolution assessing the cost of abatement of unsafe structures at various locations pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et Seq, Code of Alabama.
    
25. Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of the Code of Ordinances.
