1. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located at 450 Ann Street from an O-1 (Office) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2021-015)
2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land containing 0.96 acres more or less, approximately 150 feet east of Wetumpka Highway and approximately 750 feet north of Motley Drive, from an AGR-2 (General Agriculture) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2021-017)
3. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located at 2 Dunn Drive from an R-60-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2021-018)
4. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning two parcels of land containing 39 acres, more or less, located on the south side of Burnsdale Drive, approximately 400 feet west of Mobile Highway, from M-1 (Light Industrial) and R-75-m (Multi-Family Residential) Zoning Districts to an M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District. 5. Resolution adopting the 2022-2025 Montgomery Fire/Rescue Strategic Plan and acknowledging the 2021 Montgomery Fire/Rescue Community Risk Assessment & Standards of Cover.
7. Ordinance authorizing Purchase & Sale Agreement & Sale of Real Estate located at 501 Elm Street to Dy’Qwan Lee.
8. Ordinance authorizing Purchase & Sale Agreement & Sale of Real Estate located at 1604 Rosa L. Parks Avenue to Stanley Talley.
9. Ordinance authorizing Purchase & Sale Agreement & Sale of Real Estate located at 318 Auburn Street to Alandria Bel-McCall.
10. Resolution authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with ALDOT for resurfacing and planning of Westport Boulevard from SR-8 (US80) to the end of Westport Boulevard to benefit Coca-Cola Bottling Co., UNITED, Inc.(Project # 1AR-051-001-017; CPMS Ref # 100073799).
11. Resolution authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with ALDOT for Additional turn lanes and traffic signal on Maxwell Boulevard to benefit Project Catalyst (Project # 1AR-051-000-016; CPMS Ref# 100073800).
12. Resolution adopting the East Alabama Regional (Division D Phase 2) Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan.
