1. Resolution declaring a Moratorium on all Club/Lounge License until the off-duty police insurance issue is resolved. (Sponsored by Councillor Pruitt)
2. Application for Retail Beer & Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) by DOLGENCORP LLC, d/b/a Dollar General Store 1911, 2749 Lower Wetumpka Road.

3. CANVASS THE RETURNS OF DISTRICT 1 SPECIAL ELECTION.
4. Ordinance granting a License to Thorington Trace Homeowners Association to construct, install and maintain a Security Entrance Gate over a portion of the ROW of Hallwood Drive.
5. Resolution authorizing Mayor Reed to make application to DOJ for a Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) for $114,129.00 (to be divided equally with Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office); City’s portion to be used to purchase DVR and analytic software for MPD.
6. Resolution authorizing an Agreement with ALDOT for Installation and/or Operation and/or Maintenance of Traffic Control Signals and/or Railway Lighting at AL-8/US-80 at Mitchell Young Road (A,D & E) (Project Number ATRIP2-51-2021-051).
7. Application for a Restaurant Retail Liquor License by First Watch Restaurants Inc., d/b/a First Watch Restaurant 347, 2920 Zelda Road, Suite E.
8. Application for a Taxicab Company by Santo Coleman, d/b/a We Got U Transportation Service, 1808 Lovelady Road, Tallassee, AL.
9. Pursuant to Section 11-53-B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama, authorization of demolition of unsafe structures at the following locations:

• 1542 Dunbar St – Parcel # 10 04 18 4 011 013.000
10. Resolution assessing the cost of abatement of unsafe structures at various locations pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama.
11. Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of the Code of Ordinances.
