1. Ordinance amending Chapter 12, Division 1, Section 12-31, Division 4, Section 12-106, 12-107, and Division 5, Sections 12-131 through 12-135 to provide for abatement of Abandoned and/or Obsolete Signs.
2. Application for a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class I License by DTA Investments LLC, d/b/a Aqua Ultra Lounge, 5804 Atlanta Highway.
3. Application for a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class II (Package) License by Elite and Company LLC, d/b/a On Time, 3403 Norman Bridge Road.
NEW BUSINESS
4. Ordinance authorizing the issuance and making provision for the payment of $20,000,000 GO Note (Taxable Revolving Line of Credit), Series 2021, by the City pursuant to Line of Credit Agreement by the City and Regions Bank.
5. Ordinance grant a License Agreement to construct, install, and maintain a Neighborhood sign in the ROW of Marti Lane.
6. Resolution approving the proposed Chappell House and West End Neighborhood Preservation Plan and authorizing Mayor Reed to make application to the Alabama Historical Commission for $4500 from the Certified Local Government Grant Program.
7. Application for a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class II (Package) License by SRN 3 LLC, d/b/a The Beverage Center, 3458 Atlanta Highway.
8. Application for a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class II (Package) License by SRN 3 LLC, d/b/a The Beverage Center, 1113 Perry Hill Road Unit E.
9. Application for Retail Beer & Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) by DOLGENCORP LLC, d/b/a Dollar General Store 22067, 3900 Lower Wetumpka Road.
