2. Resolution appointing the election officials for the District 3 Special Election.
3. Resolution increasing municipal elections officials pay.
4. Resolution accepting the Dedication of Certain Real Property by Fairfield Company for use as a Public Park (Fairfield Park).
5. Resolution authorizing Mayor Reed to make application for an ADECA Recreational Trails Program (RTP) Grant) for a maximum of $400,000 for diverse-use recreational trails.
6. Resolution authorizing Mayor Reed to make application to HUD amending PY 2019 and PY 2020 Action Plan by removing $1,258,634 in Emergency Solutions Grant – Coronavirus 2 (ESG-CV2) funds from PY 2020 and placing in PY 2019 Action Plan and making application for $1,166,553 in CDBG-CV3 funds as required by HUD.
