The Junior League of Montgomery is pleased to announce its highly-anticipated Fourth Annual Women’s Leadership Summit, presented by Alabama Power Company. The Summit will take place virtually on the morning of Friday, March 5, 2021, from 8:30am-1:30pm.

For the past three years, the Women’s Leadership Summit has brought over 300 women together annually for a sold-out event featuring dynamic keynote speakers, inspiring panelists, and amazing breakout sessions on a myriad of topics. This year is no different! The 2021 Summit will kick off with an electrifying opening keynote from Nicole Pinkham, Founder and Leadership Consultant, Impact Training and Consulting, and will conclude with a dynamic keynote address from Colonel Eries L.G. Mentzer, Commander, Maxwell Air Force Base and Gunter Annex, Alabama. A dedicated public servant whose career spans 24 years, Colonel Mentzer has worked with many of our nation’s leaders at various assignments at the Pentagon and now leads the 42,000 military and civilian personnel working at the Air Force’s intellectual and leadership center – Montgomery’s very own Maxwell Air Force Base.

Attendees will hear about Leadership Perspectives: Leadership Across Industries from a panel of influential women representing a variety of professions across Alabama. Panelists for this year’s leadership perspectives discussion, moderated by WSFA’s News Anchor Tonya Terry, will include Ashley Robinett, Vice President of Public Relations at Alabama Power, Nichelle Nix, Director of The Governor’s Office of Minority Affairs, Tay Knight, Executive Director of Family Sunshine Center, and Mia Mothershed, Marketing Director at Jackson Hospital.
