Anyone is welcome to attend the public hearing, however during this COVID-19 health crisis, we understand there may be some that do not want to attend in person but would like to participate.  The following options are available:

If you would like to voice your opinion/concern on an item, we highly suggest emailing comments to Jovan Hines at jhines@montgomeryal.gov, by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2020.  We will copy and distribute them to each board member.

Webex

An app available for smartphones and PC’s and is free to sign up and participate.  The meeting will start at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2020; however you will be able to join starting at 4:30 so that we can get your name and what item you are interested in speaking on.  To join the meeting, follow this link:
