ASFA is Alabama's only public, tuition-free middle school and high school for students interested in the arts or in accelerated study and college-level research in mathematics and science. The school offers classical and comprehensive courses in creative writing, dance, math-science, music, theatre arts and visual arts. Dormitories are available. Students in grades 6-10 are eligible to apply for the school which serves students in grades 7-12.
