1. Ordinance declaring a Moratorium on Approval of Business Licenses for Liquor Stores and Other Similar business Operations.  (Sponsored by Councillor Graham)

2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance establishing provisions and requirements for Package Stores.

3. Ordinance establishing provisions and requirements for Package Stores.  (Sponsored by Councillor Graham)

NEW BUSINESS

4. Ordinance consenting to the sale, lease or other disposal of real property owned by The Water Works & Sanitary Sewer Board located on Bill Joseph Parkway.

5. Ordinance Altering and Enlarging the Corporate Limits of the COM by including within the boundaries of City and Incorporating into contiguous Council District (8) property located at 1350 Mitchell Young Road.

6. Resolution authorizing the De-annexation from Corporate Limits and Council District (4) property located at 2455 Pike Road.

7. Resolution authorizing Vacation of a remnant of Furnace Street.

8. Review of Overcrowding Violation issued by Montgomery Fire Department to Yumarcus Manuel, d/b/a YU Bar, 163 Eastern Boulevard.
